Once you confirm the model, configuration, and color, we will send you a proforma invoice (PI) with bank details.
· Transfer a 30% deposit and share the bank slip with us.
· We will process your order in our ERP system, conduct an internal review, and provide technical advice and an estimated delivery date.
· After receiving the deposit, we will start the design and material procurement process.
· Typically, orders are completed within 35-45 days. During this period, we will keep you updated on the production progress at each stage.
· Once the machine is fully assembled and tested, we will update the PI with the shipping cost and request the balance payment.
· After receiving the final payment, we will arrange shipment promptly.
