The fully automated spraying production line with a total length of 1000 meters is fully functional and has well-defined processes. It can handle various specifications of sheet metal parts (with a maximum support of 9 meters).This production line fully demonstrates the advanced, energy-efficient, safe and reliable characteristics, as well as the remarkable advantages such as bright colors of the powder coating process. Its colors can not only be customized according to market demands, but also, for high-salt spray application scenarios, additional anti-corrosion coatings can be added, enabling the products to have global adaptability and be able to be used smoothly all over the world.
Six advanced international brand laser cutting machines are equipped. The X/Y axis positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm/m, the idle travel speed is 140m/min, and the acceleration reaches above 1.5G.
All of them can operate without human supervision for 24 hours, automatically selecting materials, loading materials, and performing cutting, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
Bend
There are 8 sets of bending machines, including well-known brands such as Ecker from North America.
Some of the bending machines are equipped with mechanical hands to ensure high precision and consistent processing quality during the bending process.
Weld
There is also 1 cutting machine, 3 punching machines, 51 welding machines, 1 lathe, 1 CNC machine, 1 machining center, 2 automatic sanding machines, and several other related equipment.
Spray
Pre-treatment & Cleaning Effectively remove dust and impurities on the surface of sheet metal. Phosphating Enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance of sheet metal surface Powder Coating / Electrostatic Uniform spray full coverage Curing & Baking Make the plastic powder quickly dry and firmly adhere.
