1. Price Validity: We reserve the right to adjust the price if raw material costs or the USD/CNY exchange rate (Base Rate: 1 USD = 7 CNY) fluctuates by more than ±3%.
2. Payment: 30% deposit via T/T; 70% balance via T/T prior to dispatch.
3. Delivery: Approx. 35-45 days (20 days for design & material sourcing + 25 days for assembly). Custom designs or peak seasons require an extra 20 days. Final schedule subject to factory capacity at order confirmation.
4. Packing: PE Film wrapping with Steel Bracket reinforcement.
5. Warranty: 2 Years for Trailer Structure, LFP Battery, Solar Panels, and Controllers. 1 Year for Genset and other wear parts.
6. After-sales: We provide free parts & tech support for any issues arising from manufacturing defects or non-human factors. Damage caused by improper operation or unauthorized modification is excluded.
7. Certifications: ISO9001/14001 (Factory); CE, WMI, DOT (Product); RoHS, TUV (Components).
